New Neighbours

In case you haven't heard yet I have now got neighbours in the space next door to me at The Old Bath House. My new neighbours are Paul and Katie Henery. Paul is a wildlife painter and printmaker and the father of Katie. Katie is a printmaker but also uses pen and ink and photography in her work.
Their work is inspired by the wildlife, landscape and marine enviroment with a particular focus on the Northumbriam coast.

Above is an example of Katie's pen and ink work.

You may already have seen their work if you visit the pods down on the quayside at Amble. They have pod number 11 called Niche Gallery. At the present time they are continuing to sell their work from the pod while developing the space at Broomhill.

The space at Broomhill is to be developed as a Gallery and workshop  which is great news for me as it will compliment what I am doing in the Glass Studio.

Paul and Katie will be opening their space in February.
